Biscuit Ingredients


All ingredients are sourced locally where possible.

Vanilla biscuits contain: Wheat Flour (gluten), Butter, Sugar, Free Range Eggs, Organic Madagascan Vanilla Extract and Salt.



Chocolate biscuits contain:  Wheat Flour (gluten), Butter, Sugar, Free Range Eggs, Cocoa and Salt.



Royal Icing for each biscuit contains: Icing sugar, meringue powder (dried egg), vanilla extract and food colours.

All are suitable for vegetarians.

Vanilla & chocolate have a best before of 4 weeks if stored out of direct sunlight and heat.

Our biscuits contain wheat, gluten, milk, egg.

Please note that although this product does not contain actual nuts they are made in kitchens where nuts and seeds are handled and use food colours that may contain traces of nuts.

Food Colours any from the following: E100, E101, E102,E104, E110, E120, E122, E124, E129, E132, E133, E141, E151, E153, E155, E160a, E160c, E162, E163, E171, E172, E174. Some colours may contain traces of nuts.
