Where do you deliver?

All gift boxes and biscuit favours are despatched across the UK, EU & USA.

How long will my order take to arrive?

That depends on which postal methods you have chosen. Most parcels arrive next day but refer to the delivery info for more details. Biscuits are made to order and despatched within 3-4 working days.

Are your gift boxes letter box friendly?

Although the gift boxes may fit through some letter boxes they are a fragile product, with the postal box having fragile stickers on, so the courier may prefer to hand deliver.

Can I leave a gift note?

Yes, just add a short message in 'special instructions' at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes for certain products. You can also request for an order to be sent outside of the UK.

How do I place an order?

Visit our online shop to see all products available to purchase. 

Do you take custom orders?

Absolutely! Most of the options on the website can be personalised but if you want something more unique and custom please get in touch. 

How long will the biscuits stay fresh for?

All biscuits have a best before date of 4 weeks if they are kept in the original packaging or stored in an airtight container.

How big are the biscuits?

Biscuit sizes can vary but most biscuits are 10cm tall or wide at the largest point if they are in a gift box of 4 biscuits.

Are your products vegetarian?

All biscuits are suitable for vegetarians.

Do you offer Gluten free or Vegan?

Not currently but a biscuit recipe is in the works!

Do you products contain nuts?

Although the actual biscuits do not contain nuts they are made in kitchens that handle nuts and seeds. Also the food colours may have traces of nuts.

I'm sending my order as a gift, will payment information be included?

There are no receipts, invoices or order details put in the gift box packaging.

How do the biscuits stay safe in the post

For the gift boxes each biscuit is anchored to a food safe cushion pad before placing in the gift box. For the biscuit favours each biscuit is wrapped in a cellophane bag and wrapped individually in bubble wrap before placing in sturdy postal boxes.

I have received the wrong order, damaged order. What should I do?

That is unfortunate to hear that you have not received your order in perfect condition. If you have received the wrong product we will offer a suitable placement or refund. If the order has arrived damaged then send a photo and we will resolve for you.
